Christopher Chuang

Chairman and Executive Director
Dr. Christopher Chuang is the Chairman of the Board of IATS Holdings Limited and Chairman of Zhongdao Group. He currently serves as a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a member of the Shenzhen CPPCC, and a member of the 6th Election Committee of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Dr. Chuang holds a PhD in Financial Philosophy, is a Fellow of Lincoln University, UK, and serves as Chairman of the Hong Kong Celebrations Association Foundation and President of the Greater Bay Area Fintech Promotion Association. He has been honored with the 15th World Outstanding Chinese Award, earning him high recognition both in the industry and in society.
In 2004, Dr. Chuang founded Sinopay, a company dedicated to innovation and application in the fields of payment technology, information technology, and digital finance. Under his leadership, the company has rapidly expanded its business across Mainland China, Singapore, and Malaysia, serving a network of over 5 million merchants and 240 million end users, becoming one of the leading payment technology enterprises in the region.
With deep professional expertise and strategic foresight, Dr. Chuang has been a driving force in advancing cross-border payments, digital wallets, and blockchain finance. He is also actively involved in public welfare and social service, demonstrating the vision and responsibility of a global-minded entrepreneur.

Nelson Goh

CEO and Executive Director
Nelson Goh is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of managerial experience spanning government service and publicly listed companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Construction Management from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Economics from the University of Reading. He also earned an Executive MBA in Finance from the PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University.

Yong Chai Ying

Managing Director
Mr. Yong has over 30 years of experience in risk management across both unsecured and secured banking products. He has held key roles in fraud investigation, compliance, credit, and chargeback management, and has advised financial institutions in Malaysia and Indonesia during his time at Visa International.
He has worked closely with law enforcement and regulatory bodies to combat card fraud, and served on the Asia Pacific Fraud Advisory Councils of Visa and MasterCard. His deep expertise continues to drive value in fraud prevention and risk control.

Jenny Sim

Chief Compliance Officer
Jenny Sim is an accomplished compliance and transformation executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, specialising in regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and large-scale organisational transformation. As a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and SCRUM Master, she has a distinguished record of leading and implementing regulatory and operational readiness programmes, including the establishment and licensing of new banking entities in Singapore in close collaboration with regulatory authorities.
She is committed to upholding the highest standards of governance, integrity, and operational excellence in all aspects of compliance leadership.

Jennifer Tan

General Manager(Business Development & Sustainability)
Jennifer Tan is a seasoned leader with over 34 years of experience in banking and financial services. As General Manager, she oversees sales strategy, business planning, and strategic partnerships to drive growth and strengthen market presence.
Previously, she served as Senior Manager at EZ-Link, where she led key initiatives including the roll out of CEPAS card acceptance, the launch of the EZ-Link Digital Wallet, and the expansion of the merchant network across Singapore.
Jennifer is known for her customer-focused leadership, strong execution, and ability to build high-performing teams. Her expertise spans digital product development, merchant acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
